  • Full payment about 1 month prior to arrival day

Methods of Payment :

  1. International Bank Transfer
    –   Please transfer the amount using below bank details
    –   An international bank transfer usually takes 3 bank business days
  2. Online Money Transfer
    –   We recommend to use Wise.com for the payment transfer
    –   Wise.com transfers are much cheaper and much faster than bank transfers
    –   On the Wise.com website use card payment
    –   Transfer fees / costs to be paid you
  3. Cash Payment
    –   If you pay when stay: Please pay with cash. Sri Lankan Rupees, Euro or USD 
         We are unable to receive card payments

The Payment :

Please be sure to include the Invoice Number in your payment instructions

Please notify us when the payment has been transferred

After receiving the payment, we will send a formal confirmation

OUR RATES ARE STATED IN USD

We do not ask the actual money transfer to be made in USD

For the transfer of payment – Please convert the invoice amount to Your Local Currency. Use bank exchange rates as required on the transaction day

The payment is deposited on our company account in Sri Lankan rupees

Cancellation Terms :

If cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival – no charge – and any payments made prior to this date will be reimbursed (less any bank charges)

If cancelled 14 to 30 days prior to arrival – one night’s charge per room booked.

If cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival – full booking charge
